One of our leading companies based in Linden, Randburg is urgently looking for a Sales Representative.

Responsibilities:

  1. Grow client base through lead generation and cold calling.
  2. Make a minimum of 100 new business calls per week using the company provided resources.
  3. Complete a knock sheet when going door to door visiting clients. Knock sheet to be handed to admin daily.
  4. Prepare a weekly report containing the following:
  5. a) Number of calls made,
  6. b) Number of client visits,
  7. c) Number of clients obtained.
  8. Maintain any and all CRM or pipeline platforms at all times.
  9. Manage the pipeline of opportunities from current and prospective customers to ensure that sales goals/strategies can be met. This includes qualification of opportunities within the pipeline, proper prioritization of activities, and management of time and commitments to ensure priority opportunities move through the sales cycle and convert to actual billing.
  10. Close sales prospects, to meet sales goals/strategies and contribute to company profitability. This includes solution design and preparation of proposals, performing or coordinating presentations when necessary, and closing the sale as quickly, efficiently, and independently as possible by applying a solution-selling methodology and properly managing the sales cycle.
  11. Complete all sales paperwork promptly, thoroughly, and accurately, maximize the ability to deliver a high-quality solution and minimize potential problems or issues in service delivery or invoicing. This includes all new account documentation and sales reports.
  12. Prospect, build and manage pipelines that are in line with sales strategy at the time.
  13. Build relationships with senior management to effectively serve the customer.
  14. Frequently engage/communicate with accounts/customers.
  15. Ensure all accounts are handed over to the customer services and finance team.
  16. Ensure all new business accounts are implemented timeously and effectively.
  17. Ensure that targets set out (subject to change) are achieved consistently – measured over a rolling 3-month period.

Remuneration (negotiable based on experience) :

Basic plus commission.

Company-provided cellphone app.

Travel Allowance.

Valid Drivers License

Own reliable vehicle.
