One of our leading companies based in Isando, Kempton Park is looking for an Internal Sales Consultant.

Job Brief:

We are looking to employ a talented and competitive Internal Sales Consultant that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The Internal Sales Consultant will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

The successful candidate must be comfortable making agreed targeted sales calls per day, working with the sales team and our partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Requirements / Job Specifications:

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client connects.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain and expand our database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Build and manage your sales pipeline and close deals.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with clients acquired – growing repeat and profitable customers.
  • Proven sales experience – Min of 2 years.
  • Track record of overachieving targets.
  • Strong phone presence and experience in cold calling.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Must be fully computer literate across all MS applications.
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Must be a team player.
